I am licensed to practice medicine in the state of Colorado.
Therapy and coaching framework uses Dr Buxton’s expert knowledge of development: matrescence, patrescence and infant and child development.
Topics are chosen based on your personal needs and your life stage.
Medication management and diagnostic assessment is holistic and takes into account all aspects of wellness. Her approach is rooted in psychiatry, positive psychology, and principles of lifestyle medicine.

Cradled Psychiatry offers care through both direct payment and select insurance plans. I am currently in-network with BCBS and Aetna, and I anticipate joining additional networks in the future.
For those who prefer to pay directly, payment is collected at the time of service, and I can provide a superbill for possible out-of-network reimbursement. Many families find this option helpful for greater flexibility, privacy, and individualized care

Includes 2 individual and 1 combined session to support your collective entry into parenthood.
Includes making a personalized postpartum support and sleep plan and exploration of family goals/values as you navigate the balance between career, family and more.
Coaching can also include guidance for introducing a new baby to siblings and ways to nurture your bond with your baby/children.
Package includes additional educational materials on matrescense and patrescence, infant/child development and bonding.
