"There’s no one right way to move through life’s changes. I believe individuals and families know themselves best, and I aim to provide gentle guidance that empowers you to chart your unique course with confidence, clarity, and authenticity."

Therapy Approach

My therapy approach is integrative and personalized.

I draw from evidence-based modalities such as ACT, CBT, and DBT to provide practical tools for managing thoughts, emotions, and behaviors. I also integrate supportive psychotherapy and attachment-based approaches to create a safe, compassionate space where you can explore your experiences without judgment.

In my work with both children and adults, I often use parts work, drawing from Internal Family Systems (IFS) and related models. This framework helps us recognize the different “parts” of ourselves—such as the critic, the advocate, or the tender child within—and move toward greater understanding, compassion, and inner balance.

For children, adolescents, and parents, I also incorporate dyadic and developmental frameworks to support both individual growth and the parent–child relationship.

Across all of these approaches, my goal is to blend practical strategies with deeper emotional insight—helping you build resilience, strengthen relationships, and move toward greater clarity, wholeness, and well-being.
