Therapy topics can include the following and more:

Birth trauma and recovery
Pregnancy loss, miscarriage, and stillbirth support

NICU parent support
Matrescence and patrescence (identity shifts in parenthood)
Parent-child attachment and bonding
Parenting while managing mental health
High-risk or medically complex pregnancies
What is the difference between coaching and therapy?
✨ Therapy often incorporates a diagnosis and healing
✨ Coaching builds what’s next and tends to guild the client in clarifying their goals, evolving identify and building confidence, balance, and self-trust.
Not sure what you need? I’m here to help you find the right path—whether it’s therapy, coaching or combination of both. I am always happy to refer you to another provider that fits what YOU need and are looking for.
Coaching Approach
Coaching explores parenting through our unique Cradle Compass
Rather than linear phases, think of each stage as a point on a compass you might revisit at different points in your journey. Our framework will help you define these key areas and take actionable steps towards directions you want to move in.
North 🧭Clarity: Clarify your vision and values
East 🧭Calibration: Actively adjust boundaries and balance as you evolve.
South 🧭Compassion: Embrace and understand your development as parent and that of your child with self-kindness. This can then lead to synergistic growth
West 🧭Connection: Cultivate resilience through community and supportive relationships
